Return Policy

Torath Shop guarantees the customer the return process in case the customer does not like the order so that the customer can make the return electronically within 15 days after receipt of the request. But first please make sure the pieces are intact and not damaged.

Return Steps:

From the computer: Enter your account – Orders, press «Return».

Select the pieces you want to return and choose the reason for the return, upload the images and upload the order.

The return request will be verified within 72 hours and all details will be sent via email.

Please upload the return tracking number and shipping company name within 15 days of the approved return request otherwise the application will be closed.

The return to your account will be made after your order has been received and you will be notified by e-mail, SMS or telephone number on our approved number.

If your order is in the form of payment on receipt: the amount will be returned to your account in the heritage of the shop, provided that the amount deposited in your account does not exceed one year (12 months) from the date of deposit.

If by credit card: your card will be returned to you and it will take 8-15 business days.

Note to return:

Items you cannot return: The pieces that have been specially tailored to the customer (such as the color of the thread that has been embroidered, the color and / or the type of fabric chosen from the customer, or the like of the production of the product according to the customer’s request) .

The order switching service is not available, but you can create a new order.

Returns Only requests for an electronic return request should be made.

Please do not use the pieces and save the original envelope with SKU number otherwise the refund will be delayed.

Customer responsible for return costs in case the mistake is not by the Torath Shop, please choose economical shipping method.

The return packages will not be accepted using the return payment service from the forwarder of the shipment.

Note about electronic parts

For electronic parts, non-open and returnable parts are accepted again, and the return request must be submitted within 15 days after receiving the order.

If there are any problems related to the quality of the product, please contact us directly through our numbers on the Torath Shop site, check the item, then submit a return request and upload the required images, and your request will be reviewed in a timely manner.
